At MamaToBaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy below for more details:

Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Opened or used personal care products
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Sale items marked as final sale

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mamatobaby.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Package Your Return: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. After receiving your return, we will ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
